The Erie Branch of the American Association of University Women will award several scholarships totaling up to $15,000 this year to qualified applicants. Applications must be received by Friday, April 4, 2025. Funds will be awarded in May, 2025.

The scholarships are for Erie County women who are full or part-time non-traditional students enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program with regional accreditation. An applicant must:
Refugee and Immigrant Scholarship Requirements
The scholarships are for Erie County women who are full or part-time students enrolled in or plan to enroll in an English or ESL/GED program.
In addition to this form, we will need a biographical essay of between 250-500 words, a copy of the student's most recent transcript (if applicable), and completion of the financial statement (if applicable).
As indicated on the application, applicants must submit the completed materials (either hard copy or email) by April 4, 2025.
